I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Condé Nast
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule a phone screen. I set up the phone screen and asked for a link to the job description, which she never sent. She was late to the interview, *called me by the wrong name,* and seemed extremely rushed. She gave me no time to ask questions and provided minimal info about the job. She said she'd finally follow up with the job description and next steps, but never did. Overall it seemed super messy and chaotic – confirmed a lot of what I've heard about Conde.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Conde Nast?
How have you worked with creative teams in the past?
I applied online. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY)
Interview
Overall an efficient interview process. 1 standard round with HR, 1 round with the hiring manager, and 2 rounds with the team. Assuming you get through, they do a final background check on you
