Cone Instruments Marketing Director interview questions

Awesome phone interviews (2) and then a 4 hour meet and greet in-office interview. Everyone likable and professional.... Then the VP and HR disappear for weeks, then months, and never contact you again. And then you find out that they change the job description and qualification every month.... position goes unfilled. HR very unhelpful and VP that did interviews -- zero communication after what I thought was a successful on site visit.
