It was good. We just drove around and talked all day. I am qualified to be a driver. I have my professional license in driving go-karts and the person was impressed by my technical knowledge of go-karts.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cone (Boston, MA)
Interview
The overall start to the process was good - I had recently interned there and got the interview because I came recommended by a woman who works there. The overall process was pretty straight forward, but I was completely left hanging at the end. I sent multiple thank you emails to all four of the women I talked to plus HR and never heard back, even after multiple follow-up emails.

Applied via email then got a response saying they wanted to set up a phone interview. The process took a very long time and it was hard to get in touch with them in order to coordinate an appropriate interview time.
