I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Confiz in June 2025
Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews at Confiz: a technical round covering Spark, streaming, ETL, and data lakes; a behavioral round; and a final technical round with the client involving PySpark, Python coding, and deep questions on data formats and warehousing.
The process felt solid, and I believe I performed well. However, after completing all rounds, I was completely ghosted—no rejection, no feedback, nothing—even after waiting three weeks.
For a senior-level role, this lack of communication is unprofessional. Candidates deserve at least a follow-up.

I applied online. I interviewed at Confiz in Mar 2025
Interview
I went through multiple interview rounds with Confiz, starting with the manager, then the technical team, the team lead, and finally the data director. All went well, and I was told I had cleared each stage. However, after weeks of silence and no response to follow-ups via email, calls, or LinkedIn, it's clear the company lacks basic professional courtesy. As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience, I find this treatment highly disrespectful and disappointing. Time is valuable, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable for any organization claiming to value talent
