I applied through a recruiting company. From the start, I mentioned that I might not fully meet the job requirements, but the interviewer proceeded with a condescending tone. He insisted on asking dead-end questions that I clearly wouldn’t be able to answer, rather than focusing on a productive discussion. It was also evident that he hadn’t read my resume, as his questions often missed key details about my background. My advice to the company: Take the time to review candidates' resumes beforehand and structure interviews around practical, real-world scenarios. Trivia-style questions and LeetCode exercises aren’t always the best way to assess a candidate’s qualifications.
