I applied online. I interviewed at Confiz (Islamabad, Islamabad) in Mar 2026
Interview
It's nice to build a temporary relationship with the interviewer but it didn't happen here.
It was a dry interview.
Interviewer didn't speak clear english, kept video off and I had to ping him to check if he was attentive.
After 15min of technical conversation I was told to share the screen. After that he kept pasting the code (DSA) in the chat and asked me the output.
No feedback no followup conversations or questions
Interview was average, got frustrated mid way.

Discussion related to resume and what tools I worked on
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Confiz in May 2024
Interview
I applied through a recruiting company. From the start, I mentioned that I might not fully meet the job requirements, but the interviewer proceeded with a condescending tone. He insisted on asking dead-end questions that I clearly wouldn’t be able to answer, rather than focusing on a productive discussion.
It was also evident that he hadn’t read my resume, as his questions often missed key details about my background.
My advice to the company: Take the time to review candidates' resumes beforehand and structure interviews around practical, real-world scenarios. Trivia-style questions and LeetCode exercises aren’t always the best way to assess a candidate’s qualifications.
