I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Confluence Academies (Saint Louis, MO) in June 2016
Interview
The interview was for an elementary teaching position. It was a panel interview with three administrators sitting in; each panel member asked at least one relevant question pertaining to the position. Following the questions, they asked if I had any questions of my own. My questions were answered pretty thoroughly. Overall, the interview spanned a good amount of time, not taking up too much time, but allowing enough time to get a feel for the compatibility between employer and employee.

Interview
5 minute interview, short test and immediate offer. They will hire just about anyone. They were late, didn't read my resume or check my references. Pitiful, but a job is a job. I leave this off my resume now though because no one will hire a confluence teacher.
