Interview
I had 1 test and 2 interviews and after all that still had an Assessment Centre to attend to, had to pay two flying tickets as the first assessment got cancelled.
After doing the Assessment they told me they would notify me with an answer and the answer I received was a no-reply automatic email with a no, which I don't mind at all if it was the first interview, but after spending more than 2 months on this hiring process it felt like nothing, remind you that I had to pay for 2 flying tickets because of the organization they had with the position filling.
I would like to have a better answer even if it's a no, as I spent quite a lot of time and effort on this... Very disappointing end.

Question 1
The had me doing 4 interviews in total, most of them the same, the assessment centre I attended was not very well organized as they said that they would do a group task and an individual one too, never got to do the individual as I had another interview, same as the ones I already had, asking me about my background.

Interview
There was an initial videocall with one person of the hiring team, followed by an in-person meeting. During the meeting, the company provided an overview, we were around 20-30 candidates, we were divided into teams for a role-play exercise. In this exercise, we were tasked with creating a presentation for a customer and presenting it in front of three members of the hiring team.
