I applied online. I interviewed at Conga (Broomfield, CO) in Dec 2016
Interview
I had an initial phone call, but they didn't have a role open at the time, despite being able to apply to the Account Executive role. The recruiter asked me to follow up in early January which is when they would have more clarity on their needs. I emailed and called the recruiter in early January with two business days in between. After not hearing back from recruiter in two business days, I sent an email to see if they were still at company and let them know I would reach out to a different recruiter if didn't hear back. This was a professional courtesy because I know how the recruiting field works. This email prompted an immediate personal response saying they were no longer interested in me as a candidate.
I would be aware of this company because in looking at the positive glassdoor reviews, I feel the company had employees write canned reviews spinning negatives to positives. I have seen this at other small technology companies. In my opinion, the immature, unhappy and temperamental nature of the recruiter indicates to me that the culture may not what they are portraying it to be.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Conga in June 2021
