Conga Systems Engineer interview questions

I was interviewed for systems engineer position in apttus 4 months back(July 2018) . There were 4 rounds of interview process. The first round was written and other 3 were technical rounds. Post all the rounds there was HR round. Months passed by and there is no offer given by the company till date. I was given an oral confirmation but no offer till date.
