It was with HR Director then a group of different managers. It started with a phone screen and then was followed by an in person. It took about a week to hear back with an offer.

Phone Interview with Human Resources, followed by another phone interview with someone else most likely in Human Resources, and finally an in person interview with several upper level staff members. Got the job and I did find it weird that they did a credit check, but you do use confidential information, so that might be why.
