Conn's Store Manager interview questions

Had a great interview with recruiter, HR, and the DM. They was ready to make job offer but I had to do one more interview with the RVP. He called me it was the worst interview ever! He did ask any questions about the job or the position. Sounded like he was washing dishes. Wasn't focused on me and my interview what so ever. I feel like that he already made up his mind before he even called me! It's sad that a company as big as Conn's allows one person that clearly doesn't care about people make a decision of something that he will never be in contact with!
