There was a 40 minute interview, followed by a test where you had to arrange jobs based on how you would prioritise them. The interview was conducted by 2 people. Questions were not what I was expecting.

Lady I would have been assisting was nice but the secretary that also interviewed me thought she was Alan Sugar. She was intimidating and rude and was even gesturing to me with her hands to hurry up. She needs sacking and I left in tears
