they were very cocky and arrogant. Right off the bat I could tell this wasn't going to be a fit. They believe that cold calling on the phone is the best and first method. It may be true in some industries but not all so not all prospects will be receptive to this.
It's fine though, this was a mere practice interview for me and I had no real interest in the job.

Interview was very inclusive and thorough; you have to answer "Why YOU?" and be prepared to defend it. If you pass this round, expect to take a sales personality test. They are looking for hunters who thrive in making money.
