Interview
I submitted my application online and was contacted 2-3 days later by an internal HR rep. My interview was scheduled for the following week. I interviewed with two directors and the VP of sales. I received an offer within 2-3 days of my initial interview. Fairly pain free process. Only down side is they ask you to either accept or rescind their offer within 24 hours - doesn't give you a lot of time if you are juggling other employment opportunities or waiting on word from another company.

Question 1
General questions you would expect from an interview for a mid-level management position.
Had two HR calls then an interview with three members of the sales team.
Interview went really well, but they were offended when I asked about employee turnover. One member of the sales team called me a "sausage." Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Phone interview then panel interview. In person / remote both options are available depending on your location. The interviews are nice and pretty easy going as this is for a sales position
