Spoke with 4 managers and HR over phone since everyone is remote. Managers were nice but didn’t ask me a lot of questions. Mostly talked about themselves. Questions were easy and they seemed eager to hire quickly.
Over the span of 2 months I had 3-15 minute interviews. The first interview was with the Director and it went great. The second interview was with a team member and she didn’t show up. After 10 mins of waiting I emailed the HR person I was in contact with and she ended up rescheduling to the following week. That interviewer was less friendly and it seemed like she didn’t want to be doing the interview to begin with. The 3rd interview took about 2 weeks to schedule because HR never got back to me to confirm the date and time. That interview was with someone who is not even a direct member of the team and I thought all went well but I guess not. It’s been about 2 months that I’ve heard back. If a company is going to waste someone’s time on THREE interviews for a NONE senior position then the company should at least get back to the candidate for an answer, whether it’s to congratulate or reject.
