Three full interviews with the office manager, the attorneys I would be working with and finally with one of the executive attorneys, Jared Giddens. It did take awhile to schedule all of the interviews, but was an overall easy process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Conner & Winters (Fayetteville, AR) in June 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted of one phone interview with HR from the home office, and then a second interview on site in Arkansas. It was short and very positive. I received an offer the next day.
