Typical phone screen with a recruiter. Description of job and company, some questions about my own experience and what I was looking for. The recruiter asked a runtime complexity question, which seemed odd as the recruiter did not have any technical knowledge, but the question was not difficult.
Company does 9/80 (9 hour days, Mon-Thurs, with every other Friday off).
First there is a non-technical intro phone call with a recruiter, then there is a technical phone interview with two engineers, and finally there is an onsite, where you're given a computer to code up a solution.

Average interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Connexta (Denver, CO)
Interview
The initial phone call interview felt rushed. The woman talked for 15 minutes straight and did not give me direct answers when I asked question. It felt rushed as if she was ready to go home.
