Warning to people who are applying to Conning. There is a high probability that if you do well as a candidate in the interviews you will be led on and strung through the process over multiple weeks as the company waits to hear back from their top candidate even when receiving weekly feedback that is positive regarding your interviews. It is highly manipulative and disrespectful treatment of candidates who invested a lot of time in the process to be led on when they are waiting to hear back from the company over an excessive period of time. If you receive an email saying that interviews are being completed before a decision is made then they are using you as backup over a multi week period before giving the offer to someone else. This is also highly manipulative and not the way treat candidates during the process and leaves a very negative impression of the company which explains the high recent turnover so this is a strong warning to anyone before making a decision to apply and interview with the company.
