Building tour, assessment test first. Then based on the assessment test then they might call you in for an interview. Interviewed with 3 different people that were over different departments to see where I might fit.

Interview
It was a friendly Q & A type interview with lots of questions to determine character and attitude towards work ethic. Before the interview there was a sort of screening that included a phone interview, as well as a personality/IQ test a few days before that.

Interview
The interviewers spent time to actually get to know after I had already gone through an online screening and phone screening process to get a better feel for me. They were optimistic and genuine with me the whole time. There were several people to tag team questions and write down their impressions to get a better decision rather than it being one person. Casual but yet professional and I felt really relaxed and comfortable during the whole process. Ultimately they didn't hire me for the position I applied for, but rather they offered me a BETTER position that they felt I was a better fit for and it was a higher base pay than what I initially applied for. They placed me where I would be best benefit for myself and the company rather than just sticking me to where I thought I wanted to go. They truly personalized my hiring process and put me where I could learn and grow the most.
