There is a phone screening around 20 minits if it’s aligned with what they are looking for then they send behavioral assessment, after they saw the assessment results then a video interview with the department manager and put an offer

First met with a recruiter and then moved onto interviews with staff in ops. Great interview process and very clear about the steps which I appreciated. Constant contact and update from the recruiter. They have a good process compared to some other construction companies.
