It was a panel interview mixed with foreign counterparts it lasted for about 45 minutes..averagely ok, some of the questions where a bit technical but they where generally friendly, the key is product knowledge, poise, confidence and articulatation
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Consilium Staffing (Irving, TX) in June 2025
Interview
They reached out to me, I had never applied there, first I had a phone call with a super nice recruiter, and she asked me about my experience and what I was looking for. Then came a Zoom interview where they asked basic questions about experience again. Overall, the recruiter I worked with was super involved and responsive, which was very helpful to the whole process. We did about 2 interviews through Zoom, then I had a scheduled phone call with another lady that my recruiter had prepped me for. Then came the final interview, 2 one-hour interviews with 2 managers in each. So basically you go in person and sit for 2 hours back to back and talk to 4 people who ask you a bunch of questions. It can be a little intimidating but the recruiter really told me what to expect, and we even had a prep phone call to go over all my answers before the day of.
Overall, a pretty solid interview process.
