Consolidated Call Center Services interview questions

Remote interview process consisted of email correspondence, online application and assessments, phone interviews with managers and docusign documents. Training is held on Zoom in a group environment with other new-hires.

This is a contract position. If you are interested in full-time employment as an employee, this is not that position. Asked about previous relevant work positions. Very friendly. Also informative as much as possible for contract work.
