I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Consolidated Electrical Distributors (Provo, UT) in Feb 2012
Interview
I went through the hiring process via my school career fair. I met with one of the representatives and gave him my resume and received a phone call about 3 days later for an interview. The interview was a 2:1 interview and it wasn't too bad as it was mostly behavioral questions. I then took an IQ and behavioral test directly following the interview. I was unsure as to how I performed on the test as the questions seemed rather ambiguous. I then received a follow-up 1:1 interview with one of the store managers which was way less formal. I received a phone call about a week later with an offer to work in one of their locations.

Interview
Had 4 interviews, a test, an in-person, and a reference check. Spent about 5 hours interviewing and never heard back from anyone ever again, completely ghosted with no feedback. Says a lot about the org.

Interview
Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.

Mental math.

Interview
Fairly basic, asked questions more about where I see myself in the future instead of previous experience. Problem solving questions at the end that were not applicable to the role. Laid back experience, nice enough guy interviewing me
