Constellation West interview questions

Sat down with a man whose goal in life was to make me feel awkward. He would ask me a question and I would answer and then there would be a 15 second pause where he would stare at me in silence, as if he was waiting for me to continue. This went on the whole interview. He was super intense and rude. Also, I was told that this contract would be done at the end of May and he was just having to back fill the position.
