All was well until it wasn't. Unprofessional behaviour by potential supervisor and HR rep. who didn't stop his colleague before it was too late. In what world is it considered okay to ask personal questions unrelated to the job itself?! The supervisor didn't concern himself with actually gauging what I could bring to the role, he was instead very pushy in regards to my age, citing him: "You don't have it on your CV and you should."

4 interviews lasting less than an hour. Talks in a friendly atmosphere. It's not about making things difficult, it's about exchanging ideas. Good listening skills. Very efficient for both parties, and straight to the point.
