Interview
I went through the campus recruitment of ConsultAdd in Feb 2018. The company has 7 days recruitment process.
1st day:
- Coding round (2 easy coding questions in 30 min.)
-Technical GD (Ask questions on your subjects like database,networks,data structure etc.)
-Technical Interview( get postponed on 2nd day due to lack of time)
2nd day:
-Postponed Technical Interview(started from morning and ended at 10 pm at night)
-puzzle round( 2 questions in 15 min)
-HR Interview (started at 12 am and ended at morning 6 am)
another 5 days:
-Boot Camp in their premises, Pune (All accomodations by them,they will pay you Rs.500/ day as well)
the final selection is after the boot camp only.
( I was there till HR, stayed whole night in the college)
Results were announced at 6.30 am and my name was not there in the list.
The 18 selected candidates went through a small skype interview as well then the shortlisted one went for the boot camp.
Pros:
-the recruitment team members were very cool and good .
Cons:
-the hectic interview process

Interview
There were 4 rounds in total.
Round 1: Coding Assessment (2 Leetcode medium contest level question)
Round 2: Technical Interview -1
Fundamental subjects like oops, sql Dsa was asked
Round 3: Technical Interview -2
High level sql, linked list hard level question, operating system was asked
Round 4 : HR interview
