1st round: 30 minute online interview with two team members. Provided description of the role and background on the company.
Standard interview questions. Was given the opportunity to ask further questions. I did not progress but was given helpful feedback, and interviewers were friendly and professional.

First round: Informal Zoom interview with one interviewer chatting about experience, the role, the company, etc. Standard stuff.
Second round: 30 minute presentation to three interviewers with Q&A afterwards. Option of two tasks as below

Consultant Connect allows clinicians to seek rapid advice and guidance from a specialist via the phone and, for some specialties, via messages (and photos) to support them during their clinical decision making, ensuring best care for patients. One of the accounts you manage at Consultant Connect has recently launched a ‘Diabetes & Endocrinology’ line, answered by consultants in the local hospital. The line is accessible to all GPs in the local CCG. Unfortunately, calls to the line have been minimal and the Diabetes & Endocrinology team have stated they would like to remove the service from Consultant Connect unless the call volumes increase promptly.
Task: What steps would you take in order to increase the volume of calls to the Diabetes & Endocrinology line?
