Interview
The interview process included an online video interview and psychometric assessment. This process seemed to streamline the recruitment process for them, however one part I wasn't a fan of is that there was only one attempt at each question, I think there should be 2 or 3 attempts allowed so that people can re-do if they slip up on their words. Having only one attempt makes the process a lot more daunting.

After submitting the application, I received an invitation to the next stage within a week. The process included an online video interview and a psychometric assessment. The video interview consisted of 3 short video questions and 1 written question. Each question had preparation time followed by a timed response, and the whole interview took around 20 minutes. The psychometric assessment was gamified and focused on numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning skills. Both assessments needed to be completed within 96 hours.
