I was called for an interview with the COO. After the initial discussion on my CV, we discussed the market trends and opportunities. The offer was made in the second meeting that consisted of a panel discussion with the COO and the CFO. After negotiating the offer and making the agreed upon adjustments, the contract was finalized. I joined before the contact signing though.
