They basically hire anyone. Come dressed decently. The interview process was more of an introduction to the company. Videos explained what type of work you could be doing and worker policies. Approximately an hour long.
Very easy interview. Depending when you arrive you might have to wait a while for your name to be called. I did a group interview with 6 people. It was laidback, mostly yes or no questions and then 3 simple open-ended questions. I got my offer 2 days later.

Large in person interview event. Interview took about 10 minutes asked about my experience in security and if I was comfortable on my feet for long periods of time. They also talked about the guard card process and that they had a program to help people get their cards as well
