Application, Phone interview, Assessment Day, Interview and Written assessment. The assessment day was the standard high pressure day discussion, group exercise, presentation and interview whilst trying to stab everyone else in the back. That said I enjoyed the experience and found the staff friendly and helpful and enjoyed learning more about the company.
