If they like your profile, they are very quick to get back to you. Expect first call to be from HR, then another call from the manager and/or department head. They are very open to anglophones. Fluent french is not mandatory.

They were very nice in the beginning, met with multiple people. All seemed to be aligned and spoke about how much they respect employees, etc. Had 3 interviews then was ghosted. No call, no email, nothing. If you look at other people with negative experiences, it seems this is a pattern. Someone from the company keeps replying and says that they'll try and do better, but it's obviously just lip service. They don't care and with this repeatedly happening it's obvious that they aren't trying to fix the problem.
