I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Contentstack in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process took 2 months in total with the following steps:
1) Screening call with the recruiter.
2) Technical interview with one solution architect in Europe.
3) Technical interview with two solution architect in North America.
4) Interview with Hiring Manager.
5) Homework assignment to build a React application consuming ContentStack API.
6) Final call with recruiter.
The whole process went smoothly, everyone was kind and friendly.
However, after such long process, I was rejected because "the company figured that they needed someone that speaks German or French". This requirement was not in the job description when I applied first.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Contentstack (London, England) in July 2023
Interview
It was a very lengthy process but all my interviewers were polite and our conversations were enjoyable. The interviewers wew clearly very proud of working at ContentStack and the team culture seems to allow everyone to be themselves.
Applied online, submitted my resume with extensive details about my 17+ year background.
Received a generic, one-size-fits-all email from their HR asking me to fill out a "skills assessment." The assessment was a series of drop-downs asking me to rate my skills from 1 to 10 in various primitive areas ("talking to customers," "HTML," etc).
Refused to play along with this completely clueless and insulting interview process, and subsequently received a generic rejection.
If this is how they attempt to hire, I can only imagine how the company is ran.
