      Field Administrative Assistant Interview

      27 Feb 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Conti Civil in Sept 2010

      Interview

After applying through a staffing agency, I had a telephone conversation with a recruiter from the Conti HR team. From there, I was moved on to a second interview - which took place at the corporate office. I met with the hiring manager for the position and the manager of the jobsite I would be working on. A few days later, I was presented with a temp to hire offer. After temping for 3 months I was offered a full time position with the company. The whole process took about 2 - 3 weeks and everyone I spoke with was very helpful in answering my questions.
