the hiring process seemed to take a long time. I can only imagine that many candidates were being interviewed which led to this result. I did get hired so I suppose it paid off.

Question 1
Where I see myself in 5-10 years. It is a generic question, and one that can never be answered truthfully. Industry as a whole is difficult to predict with all the rapid advances in technology. So I gave the yearbook answer and left it at that.
Auch wenn mein bisheriger beruflicher Hintergrund eher entwicklungsnah ist, sehe ich meine Zukunft bewusst im serviceorientierten Bereich. Ich bin motiviert, meine Kenntnisse gezielt in diese Richtung weiterzuentwickeln und aktiv zum technischen Service und zur Kundenzufriedenheit beizutragen.

Need to go thru online assessment before an interview. Current salary slip which is subjected to confidentiality agreement insisted to be submitted either on first or second interview. Interview questions more to describing experience you have instead of checking on technical knowledge & skills you can offer.

Weakness & strength (more like managerial role) instead of technical knowledge
Very smooth, easy questions and nice work installation. Questions about personality and work focus. Work car possible provided. There were 4 phases, 1 in group other alone with hr, personality test and the last with the boss.
