Applied online, went to talk with the hiring manager during career fair. Got a phone call saying they would like to arrange an interview. Accepted, went to their facility and got interviewed by four people. First one was informational: he told me what he and his team does, and let me ask questions freely. The second one was about my technical passion and interest. The third one was about my technical knowledge. The fourth one was behavioral (what I mean is that it was like a casual conversation, not involving technical things at all).

Enfoque mucho en lo tecnico y el proceso, muy poco en cuestion personal o interes de la persona. Se aseguran de que sepas lo que preguntan a detalle. Es un poco dificil tratar de mantener la entrevista amigable ya que no se presta al trato personal
