Employment process is better for employer to fine where applicant's position in company they are needed.This will help employer to then take steps needed to determine where employee can be best located in the company.

Interview
Interview was easy. I applied online through an internet job posting. I received a call and scheduled a half hour interview. When I got to the interview I waited for a really long time because the manager was extremely busy with the current workers. The lady that interviewed me asked me a series of questions and when I was done she hired me right on the spot.
