My interview with Contracts Advance was very positive and efficient, I applied through a recruiter and within days an interview was arranged with the Sales Director.
Each process was relaxed and professional, from the first interview you could tell that it was a professional environment, that they valued hard work but would reward you for doing so.
The 2nd interview was a face-to-face interview in their office in Bath, I was let into the main office by one of the employees, who introduced me to people within the office and everyone I met were friendly and welcoming. The interview lasted around 45 minutes with both the Sales Director and the Sales Manager, which was a very open conversation around my experiences and what I was looking for in my next role. Following the 2nd interview I was left with a real desire to be offered the position as I could see it could be both financially rewarding and also a good team to join and develop my skills through their training.
I was offered the role within a week and a half of my initial contact with the recruiter and didn't hesitate to accept.
