Smooth process. Amazing, caring and very helpful HR peoplea and Operations. Very satisfied with the whole process. They want you to feel comfortable. If you like teamwork, and want to be part of something big, this may be for you. Great company to work for.

Interview
Interviewing with Convene was the very best interview experience I have yet to witness. It was the first time I was encouraged to elaborate on my personal interests/hobbies outside of work. I enjoyed not being scrutinized for trival things, such as, not knowing how to use a particular software, or not having 5 to 6 years in the field (unlike several roles I have applied to in the past). I hope they continue their interview proces/vision; it seems to be working perfectly.
