ConvergeOne interview questions

Interview process involved multiple rounds and document submission, but the final compensation offered was significantly lower than my current CTC despite expectations being discussed earlier in the process. What was disappointing was not the negotiation itself, but the lack of transparency and alignment before conducting several interview rounds. When I invest considerable time and effort into interview,HR could have invested a little time before scheduling.
