It was a typical interview process. I applied on their website and received a phone interview with an operations manager. Came in on the interview day, had the interview as an interview panel with the Operations Managers, HR Manager, A couple of Team Leads. All of which asked questions. After the interview, we toured the building and met more people. They offered me the job .

Presentation and recommendations were sent by OM. It was an internal job offer. A lateral transfer. I didn't get it because of not handling the team for 1 month medical leave.

They'd give a job to a pig in lipstick. Applied, offered an interview slot the next day, went to interview, half answered a generic list of questions and began my wonderful, fulfilling career as merely a number for Convergys (until they change their name again after another leveraged buyout)

Interview
Easy but repetitive, same questions as any other Company. They need to be more creative on this process. I believe this requires from time from upper management to be reviewed.
