Induction meeting with company outline & philosophy - followed up by a typing skills test, an interview and simulated call taking scenario. I met with a very young person who was reading from a script and looking to tick boxes rather than get to know me properly. It's a basic level interview.

After a successfully passed technical and English test you receive a phone call, where you talk approximately 20-30 minutes with the technical leader. Questions are not that hard, but you have to possess basic understanding of technology.
