Interview
1) Quick HR videocall
2) a 10-minutes Excel test with the HR
3) Basic Technical Interview with the Trading Manager
The second step, the Excel test, is an extremely stupid way to evaluate a trader.
I am a quant by training and use real programming languages, so I couldn't remember how to use one or two functions to do the small task faster. In the end, it took me 1 minute longer than the 10 minutes allowed, and I think that's why I failed the test.

I don't remember the exact question, but we had to recreate a sample file with rules provided by them. It was a kind of HackerRank, very simple to do with Excel functions.

Two conversations with HR talking about the company and what they do, afterwards an in person meeting talking about what I would like. Afterwards got no communication about the job application, and emails were ignored.

I was not asked a lot of questions, but I was eliminated in the first round. I don't think it was an interview where they can evaluate a person. They asked 2 or 3 classic Hr questions.
