I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Conviviality (London, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied online and then two months later I had an email with an invite to come over for an interview in Bristol. I live in London, so I kindly asked if the interview location can be moved to their London offices or if travel expenses can be reimbursed. Finally, I got an interview in London. I was surprised that I was interviewed by a Senior Brand Manager. It transpired that at that moment they had no Senior Management in the Marketing Dept at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had questions mainly about my previous work experience. I provided a lot of examples of the marketing campaigns I developed and executed. Very easy. What I got from the interview and questions I asked them about brands development that I was overqualified for this role and it wouldn't be interesting for me professionally. They don't do any classical consumer brand marketing. I didn't get any feedback on how the interview went. Overall, I felt the whole interview process is not organised professionally.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Conviviality (London, England) in Sept 2017
Interview
Began with a phone interview asking general questions around who I was and why I applied for the role. Was soon asked to attend a first interview with the direct line manager and another manager. Friendly interview, very much based on competencies so if you know your competencies you should be fine!
Made it through to the second round where I was asked to give a presentation, based on some data they had sent me, to the direct line manager and director. Again quite informal, consisted of a discussion afterwards around how and why i approached my presentation the way that i did plus a few questions from the director.
It took several weeks for them to get back to me regarding the outcome and did not provide any feedback despite asking for it.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Conviviality (London, England) in July 2017
Interview
I was first called by a recruiter who sent me the offer. A short screening interview allowed him to introduice the job and check my skills and motivation. He asked about salary expectation to which I would advise to say you are not ready to discuss salary at this stage but would welcome an indication of the salary bracket.
First interview with the Marketing director. Third interview would have been with him and potentialy buying director or other Brand managers.

The first interview was about skills and experience. Most questions were relatively easy provided you prepared properly and did your research
