I applied online. I interviewed at Convoso (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Applied for the position online and was contacted by HR a few days later to set up a Zoom call. The interview was good and the questions were mainly about my professional background, and how I would approach certain challenges as Convoso.
At the end of the conversation, HR said I would be recommended to move forward and would get back to me in a few days regarding next steps. After a week, I reached out to HR asking for a status update. No response.
I waited 3 more days and asked again for a status update. This time HR responded saying they would contact the hiring manager and get back to me.
Another week goes by with no updates. I reach out to HR once again and do not receive a response. Three days later I sent another email, with no response.
The experience was incredibly unprofessional. For an executive-level role, the company should at the very least respond to emails. Ghosting someone at this point shows an absolute lack of respect for candidates.

Question 1
Walk me through your professional background and tell me how it applies to this role.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Convoso (Washington, DC) in June 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial recruiter screening, followed by a technical round focused on Apex, LWC, and Salesforce automation tools. The interviewer was polite and asked relevant scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving and integration skills. Although I didn’t receive an offer, it was a positive experience that gave good insight into the company’s technical expectations.

Question 1
They asked: "How do you handle governor limits in Salesforce when dealing with large data volumes?"
Surprisingly, respectful unlike most of the companies today.
The process was seamless and enjoyable from beginning (screening) to end and I was updated throughout the process. People were friendly and interview was informative. The only downside is towards the end, the decision on my candidacy took awhile but that’s because I was one of the backup choices so it made sense I won’t get an update quickly.
I wish more companies treated their candidates like Convoso treated me. Other companies these days straight up ghost you, don't provide update and waste your time. It sucks they didn’t hire me but I’m glad Convoso was different and treated me with respect.
