Convoso interview questions

Applied for the position online and was contacted by HR a few days later to set up a Zoom call. The interview was good and the questions were mainly about my professional background, and how I would approach certain challenges as Convoso. At the end of the conversation, HR said I would be recommended to move forward and would get back to me in a few days regarding next steps. After a week, I reached out to HR asking for a status update. No response. I waited 3 more days and asked again for a status update. This time HR responded saying they would contact the hiring manager and get back to me. Another week goes by with no updates. I reach out to HR once again and do not receive a response. Three days later I sent another email, with no response. The experience was incredibly unprofessional. For an executive-level role, the company should at the very least respond to emails. Ghosting someone at this point shows an absolute lack of respect for candidates.
