Interviews for administration/managerial positons are typically handled by HR reps. Interviews are short and to the point, with general questions about management style and philosophies. There are no curve balls or abstract questions as the entire process is designed for the HR rep to get a feel of your character/behavior.

Interview
First, you started off in a group setting. The HR person will do a presentation. Afterwards, you get pulled aside for your individual interview. After that, someone will contact you about a job offer.

Interview
It is always a 2 interview process with 2 different managers, first they show you a video of the history of cook out, and then they proceed to do one on one interviews, at the end of your first interview they tell you they will call you for a second interview wich may take many days (I had to follow up)
