Interview
Starts with 1 telephonic technical screening. They normally stick to fundamentals and no fancy questions. This is followed by onsite interview by team leader and a aptitude test. The aptitude test is a question paper that is repeated for every interview. So if you have any friends over there they can pass it on to you.
