Had a call with the HR which was the first round. It was okay but they were offering way less for a team lead position. It was 68k for the role and they highlighted "Money" as the first point in their job description. Confusing. i politely told the HR that i am not interested.

I did not get positive energy from the interviewer, and like other interviews, there was no attempt to get to know each other better at the beginning. not much explanation was given about the job position, and most of the time of the meeting was spent asking me questions
