Cooley Associate interview questions

Focused on standard behavioral and fit questions, including why I am interested in the firm and my long-term career goals. The interviewer also explored my ties to San Francisco, asking how my background and personal circumstances support my interest in relocating and building my career there.

30 minute screening interview followed by a series of callbacks. Emphasis on questions that required you to relate specific past experiences. Everyone was very chill and easygoing, except one guy.
