I was contacted out of the blue by a recruiter who confirmed my interest and phone screened me. Next was (4) levels of interviews via “teams” and phone. I had good feedback until the last director who didn’t like my work history. Why go though the full interview process just to disqualify a candidate for their resume? This tells a person a lot about the organization.
